My little brother from another mother

Sidney Etienne is my little brother from another mother and today is his birthday.  Sidney is a model and phenomenal photographer, who resides in Brooklyn New York but was born and raised in the country of Haiti.

Wishing Timothy a happy birthday

Model, Timothy Gilmore is celebrating his day of birth today so I would like to wish him a blessed and creative birthday.  I featured Timothy back in December on my blog, in a series called A restless morning for Timothy.   He is currently attending CSU Monterey Bay in Northern California and I wish him well.

Leaps and bounds

Today is Anthony Brown's birthday.  I shot this series with him about 3 years ago at El Mirage Dry Lake Bed.  Hopefully he will take this upcoming year in leaps and bounds.  Have a great birthday, Anthony!!!

A birthday wish for Marcus Patrick

I'm sending out a birthday shout to actor, entertainer, spiritual and health motivator, Marcus Patrick.  I had such a great time working with Marcus Patrick 2 years ago because he has such a positive spirit.  He is definitely all about sharing his knowledge and devotes his time to encourage and motivate others.  Marcus worked on several soap operas; All My Children, Days Of Our Lives, and Passions, along with several movies, my favorite being Descent and several t.v. show appearances plus he is a great dancer.  Him leaving the soap opera world is probably why this genre of television of failing now.  But most of all he is now on a mission to educate the world on the importance of raw food and healthy living.  You can learn more about Marcus and organic eating and healthy living through his website at http://www.organiclifeandfitness.com/ and also get a visual glimpse of his teachings through his youtube page.  So of course I was honored that he shared his time and beautiful body with me and my camera and I wish him the best in his venture.

Birthday shout to Ronald!

Wishing Ronald a blessed birthday!  I shot Ronald at the end of 2010 and he was amazing to work with.  He runs track and field and stepped out the box from his norm for this photo shoot and was great.  I hope he has a great day.

A Rising River

Last weekend, Victor Ross of L.A. Models, participated in an art showing in Hollywood and used one of the walls to paint a poem.  We decided that before the wall is painted over and the poem is gone, to do a shoot in front of it.  Victor brought along his 5 year old son, River Ross and there I discovered a little model in the making.  Now I see where Victor gets his good looks from...

While I wasn't looking, Victor snatched my camera and decided to take a couple of snaps!  This is me and make up artist Bebe Booth, who helped out during the shoot and looking out over the Hollywood Hills.
